Party package terms and conditions

  1. Upon booking a non-refundable and non-transferable 50% deposit is required. Your booking is not secured until this deposit has been paid.

  2. All attendees MUST be paid for. 1 supervision wristband and 1 pair of socks is given to the adult booking holder to go onto the equipment to supervise if needed. This is an adult wristband that is FREE so therefor cannot be refunded , given to a child or transferred to any other adult.

  3. Please arrive 20 minutes early to the party.

  4. You must vacate the party room at the end of your party.

  5. Parties require a minimum of 10 children. Children ages 6months - 16 years old, inclusive.

  6. Food is prepared in an environment that contains foods with known allergens. Please inform a member of staff before your party of any allergies or dietary requirements to ensure that we are aware and can make arrangements where possible.

  7. Extra attendees and extras to the party must be confirmed a minimum of 3 days before your party.

  8. Final payment is on the day of the party, once the children have all arrived and enter the equipment. You will be asked to leave the premises and refused entry into the party room if payment has not been made 30 minutes after you have arrived.

  9. Once the outstanding party balance has been paid. You are not allowed to take off any additional extras or any of the children. This will not be refunded.

  10. Any siblings wanting to use the equipment, will be charged the standard price for entry and will receive standard entry price benefits.

  11. Siblings will not be allowed to enter the party room unless they are included in the party numbers and have paid the party price.

  12. This party package consists of 75 minutes equipment access followed by half an hour in a party room. The party room will only be available to you for your allocated time of 30 minutes. The reserved seating is only available to you for the duration of the time the children are on the equipment.

  13. Party food is for the children included in the party only.

  14. You are allowed to bring a birthday cake, candles, balloons and banners. Please do not bring Sparkler candles or party poppers.

    Additional Information for The aged 5 and under party package

Please note the reduced priced toddler partties are only available Monday - Friday. Parties for toddlers can still take place at a weekend, however this will not be avalable at the discounted price.

As a Party Package for children aged 5 and under we will allow older siblings to join if they have paid the same party price, however 70% of the children MUST be aged 5 and under.

We recommend adults supervise any children aged 5 and under on the equipment at all times. We give 1 FREE supervising adult wristband per child aged 5 and under. This is an adult wristband that is FREE so therefor cannot be refunded , given to a child or transferred to any other adult. The supervising adult will need to purchase trampoline socks if they do not already have any.
