FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO I NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER?

At Jump Heaven we do not allow anyone to enter the facilities without having a signed waiver form. Anyone under the age of 16 must have a waiver form signed by a parent or guardian. Waiver forms must be filled out online, prior to you attending Jump Heaven. Only signed, in date Waiver Forms will be accepted, permission by phone or email will not be accepted.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Everybody should arrive 20-30 minutes before your session to allow time to check in, complete waiver forms, purchase trampoline socks and store any extra clothing in the free lockers provided in the café area. All our sessions are every hour on the hour.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

When choosing what to wear, keep in mind that trampolining is a form of extreme sport, so please dress appropriately. We advise customers not to wear loose fitting clothing, skirts, belts with buckles, jewellery or anything with spikes, studs or chains.
We do have lockers that are free of charge. These are available for customers to use on a first come first serve basis. This gives you the opportunity to store any extra layers of clothing, your shoes and any valuables such as mobile phones.

Jump Heaven has around 100 parking spaces. Disabled spaces are located in front of the entrance doors.

We have healthy food and indulgent treats available in our café on the ground floor to grab something on the go and we also have a range of drinks and snacks.
