Welcome to our website! By browsing and using out website, you are agreeing to comply and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of use. No alterations or variations to these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by Jump Heaven LTD. 

The term ‘Jump Heaven’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ used throughout our website refers to us Jump Heaven as a company; the owners, managers and staff. The term ‘you’ used throughout our website refers to the user or viewer of our website.  

Jump Heaven reserves the right to make changes to the service and activities advertised for any reason without notice.  

Any person using our facilities must complete, or have a valid waiver from completed by a parent/guardian/carer if they are under the age of 16. Those participants under 16, or any other participants without a valid waiver form, must ensure a guardian has fully completed a waiver form on their behalf. Parties signing waiver on behalf of younger customers, state that they accept responsibility for the safety of both themselves and for the supervision of the younger customers in their care.  

Everyone using the Trampoline Park aged 5 and under must be accompanied on the facilities by an adult.  

Participants cannot be accommodated if they exceed a maximum weight of 21 stone. This is the interest of safety to yourself and to others.  

Our arena provides a variety of activities, both Trampoline, inflatable, obstacle and floor based. Customers use the facilities in the knowledge that participation is not without risk and serious misuse could be fatal.  

All users will be given a safety briefing via our Safety video prior to their session at Jump Heaven and adhere to the rules and instructions given by the arena staff, safety monitors and the rules that are stated around Jump Heaven at all times. 

Jump Heaven does not accept responsibility for the loos or damage to any personal customer property whilst onsite. Nor do we accept responsibility for loss or damage to customer vehicles. Vehicles and their contents are left at their owner’s risk.  

To enhance grip and safety levels and for reasons of hygiene all customers are required to wear Trampoline Socks whilst using our facilities. They do not have to be Jump Heaven Trampoline Socks. They can be from another Trampoline Park; however, Trampoline Socks do need to be worn, no slipper socks will be accepted. 

Participants will not be individually supervised by the staff, they are there to reinforce the rules when needed.  

Jump Heaven reserves the right to refuse admittance or to remove a participant from the premises should it be deemed necessary to do so. This includes any customer whose behaviour is considered antisocial and/or unsafe to themselves or others, or anybody who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The decision of the Duty Manager on all matters of admittance will be final. 

Jump Heaven reserves the right to refuse admittance to the Park to anybody who is not dressed appropriately for the activity. All participants should ensure they are not wearing any sharp items and remove all jewellery and loose items before participating in any of the activities.  

Jump Heaven reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from the premises any person causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures, fittings or any other property of Jump Heaven. Anybody engaging in such behaviour will be liable to pay for the rectification, remedy and all damages caused. This includes any damage caused by misuse of equipment and/or failure to comply to supplied guidance and/or instructions. 

For health and safety reasons and to allow for safe management of other customers, Jump Heaven reserves the right to refuse entry to late arrivals. All sessions do start on the hour and we ask people to arrive early to ensure they gain access to our facilities on time.  

No refunds or compensation will be payable by Jump Heaven in the event that any participant is not permitted to, refused permission or decides not to undertake or complete their session. 


Group and Party Bookings  

If an alteration to a Party/Group booking is required then a minimum of 5 clear days’ notice must be provided to Jump Heaven. The number of guests for a Party booking cannot be lower than 10 and for a Group booking it cannot be lower than 20..  

Jump Heaven must confirm it has adequate spaces and facility to accommodate any additional participants, before you bring them along. 

All changes are made in accordance with Jump Heavens general refund and transfer policy.  

Refunds on party deposits cannot be given.

Party and Group Booking arrival: Party and Group Booking customers are required to present themselves to a member of our Reception Team, 30 minutes prior to their confirmed session start time. Rights of admission may be refused in the event of excessive lateness.  

Prices and Payment

Jump Heaven reserves the right to change its prices and tariffs at any time.  

Refunds and Transfers

Jump Heaven requires at least 48 clear hours notice to provide a full refund for any cancellations.  

Any cancellations occurring with less than 48 hours notice but at least 20 hours’ notice will be offered a session transfer. This requires the participant to specify an alternative date and time for their booking. With notice less than 20 hours, Jump Heaven cannot offer cancellations, a refund nor a transfer.  

All Party Deposits are non-refundable.
