We are re-opening!! 🎉

We cannot wait to open our doors for you again! We have introduced a range of new policies and procedures to ensure our park remains as safe as possible for all guests. Please click the link below to see what we have implemented to reopen safely….

Due to COVID-19, we can no longer allow spectators. All entering the building must pay to go onto the equipment.

Please take a look at these measures and familiarise yourself with what you have to do when visiting us. These rules will be relaxed once safe to do so, however until then, we ask that you please help us to keep you safe.

BEFORE YOU VISIT:

  • Online booking is mandatory. Please book and fill out your waiver forms at home (waiver stations will be out of use.) Please ensure you have the code that is emailed to you after booking, ready to be scanned as you come into Jump Heaven.

  • Please do not visit, if you have any symptoms associated with COVID-19.

  • Temperatures will be checked as you enter and we have the right to refuse entry if you jabe a high temperature. This also includes our staff.

  • We have reduced our capacity by 50%. We cannot accept groups larger than 6. Tables sit a maximum of 6 people and cannot be moved due to social distancing. This does not include parties, who have separate seating area. Please visit our parties page, if you are having/attending a party.

  • Please arrive wearing your Trampoline socks ready to enter the equipment.

WHAT WE ARE DOING TO PROTECT YOU:

  • We have introduced a range of new, more frequent and enhanced deep cleaning measures as well as closing everyday between 2pm - 3pm for an additional deep clean.

  • We have provided new hand sanitation facilities throughout our park.

  • All staff are equipped with a range of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to protect both our staff and guests.

  • Appropriate screens have been fitted at Reception and Cafe.

  • We will only accept card payments and ask that you use contactless payments if you are able to do so.

  • We have introduced social distancing measures in ques around the park. Please strictly observe these guidelines at all times.

  • The WHO advice is to stay 1 metre away from people coughing or sneezing - our trampolines are generally 3 metres wide so following our one person per trampoline rule (which our marshalls enforce) achieves this.

  • The ball pools will be closed.

we also have installed new facilities whilst we have been closed, we cannot wait for you to try them out!
