GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.     For general bookings please ensure you book the correct amount of tickets needed, on the correct date and time. Without 24 hours clear notice we cannot make any changes or refund general bookings.

2.     All sessions start on the hour ONLY. No extra time will be given. We ask that you please arrive 20 minutes prior to your session attending to ensure you have your wristbands and waiver forms on and are ready to enter the equipment on the hour.  

3.     Pre-bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. Sessions cost £12 online and £15 at reception.

4.     Only customers with a valid waiver form, correct wristband and trampoline socks will be allowed access to the equipment.  

5.     Tables are provided for customers on a first-come-first basis. Tables cannot be reserved.

6.     Customers are welcome to stay in the café area to order food after their jump session.

7.     Only food and drinks purchased from Jump Heaven’s café can be consumed on the premises. This includes birthday cakes in the café area, for allergy and safety reasons cakes and any other food cannot be brought into the café area for any reason.

8.     No food or drink is allowed to be taken onto the equipment. This includes passing drinks over to somebody that is already on the equipment.

9.     No pets are allowed in the premises.

10. No phones or recording devices are allowed on the equipment for any reason. Lockers are provided free of charge.

11. Jump Heaven does not accept responsibility for the loss/damage of personal belongings.

12. Jump Heaven reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse admission and/or have somebody removed from the premises without any right to a refund any person whose presence or behaviour may affect the enjoyment and/or safety of other customers and/or staff. This will be enforced if required with security and/or police action.

13. Jump Heaven reserves the right to make changes to the service and activities advertised for any reason without notice.

14. We reserve the right to close and remove equipment if necessary, during our trading hours, without any discount to the price or compensation. We will endeavour to inform you of any non-availability of any equipment or facility prior to admission.

15. We reserve the right to alter times, prices, menus and equipment without notice.

16. Any person using our facilities must complete, or have a valid waiver from completed by a parent/guardian/carer if they are under the age of 16. Those participants under 16, or any other participants without a valid waiver form, must ensure a guardian has fully completed a waiver form on their behalf. Parties signing waiver on behalf of younger customers, state that they accept responsibility for the safety of both themselves and for the supervision of the younger customers in their care.  

17. Everyone using the Trampoline Park aged 5 and under must be accompanied on the facilities by an adult. All free supervising adults will be given a yellow wristband, this adult is only there to supervise and is not permitted to use the facilities.   

18. Participants cannot be accommodated if they exceed a maximum weight of 21 stone. This is in the interest of safety to yourself and others.  

19. Jump Heaven provides a variety of activities, both Trampoline, inflatable, obstacle and floor based. Customers use the facilities in the knowledge that participation is not without risk and serious misuse could be fatal.  

20. All users will be given a safety briefing via our Safety video prior to their session at Jump Heaven and must adhere to the rules and instructions given by the arena staff, safety video and the rules that are stated around Jump Heaven at all times. 

21. Jump Heaven does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any customers personal property whilst onsite. Nor do we accept responsibility for loss or damage to customers vehicles. Vehicles and their contents are left at their owner’s risk.  

22. To enhance grip and safety levels and for reasons of hygiene all customers are required to wear Trampoline Socks whilst using our facilities. They do not have to be Jump Heaven Trampoline Socks. They can be from another Trampoline Park; however, Trampoline Socks do need to be worn, no slipper socks will be accepted. 

23. Participants will not be individually supervised by the staff, they are there to reinforce the rules when and if needed.  

24. Jump Heaven reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from the premises any person causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures, fittings or any other property of Jump Heaven. Anybody engaging in such behaviour will be liable to pay for the rectification, remedy and all damages caused. This includes any damage caused by misuse of equipment and/or failure to comply to supplied guidance and/or instructions. 

25. No refunds or compensation will be payable by Jump Heaven in the event that any participant is not permitted to, refused permission or decides not to undertake or complete their session. 

26. Please note Jump Heavens telephone calls are recorded for training purposes.

Group and Party Bookings  

If an alteration to a Party/Group booking is required, a minimum of 5 clear days’ notice must be provided to Jump Heaven in an e-mail.

No refunds are given on Party Bookings or Group Bookings for any reason.

The number of guests for a Party booking cannot be lower than 10.

The number of guests for a Group Booking cannot be lower than 20.

Jump Heaven must confirm it has adequate spaces and facility to accommodate any additional participants, before you bring them along. 

All changes are made in accordance with Jump Heavens general refund and transfer policy.  

Party Bookings are required to arrive at the Party Desk 20 minutes prior to their party starting. They will be greeted by their Party Host once they arrive at the Party Desk.

Group Booking customers are required to arrive 20 minutes prior to their confirmed session start time.

Rights of admission may be refused in the event of excessive lateness.

Prices and Payment

Jump Heaven reserves the right to change its prices and tariffs at any time.  
All bookings at the reception and party desk are card only. No cash will be accepted for bookings. Cash payments can be used to purchase food and drinks at the cafe.

Refunds and Transfers

Jump Heaven requires at least 24 clear hours notice to provide a credit for you to come at a more convenient date for any cancellations on general bookings. Trampoline socks are non-refundable.

All Party Deposits are non-refundable.
