Break away from the gym for a night or 2 and add some excitement into your workout! Trampolining is one of the most beneficial forms of exercise.

Jump Heaven's Trained Fitness Instructor will provide you with an intense full body workout with 1 hour long classes available on Mondays & Wednesdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 9:45am

For the best results, we do recommend that you attend classes every week. For those regular attenders we offer a Fitness Card, giving access to 10 classes for a reduced price of £50

There are many benefits to Trampolining...


When exercising on a Trampoline all of your muscle groups engage in order to hold your body in an upright position and changing the position of your arms and legs whilst you are bouncing has a great impact on your muscles and creates lean and toned bodies. 

As surprising as it sounds, trampolining is a form of exercise which is better for you than running and many other forms of exercise.

Bouncing is a lot more beneficial than jogging and is definitely a lot more fun!

As you can see from the statistics, exercising on a Trampoline is also one of the safest sports that you can do!

Our fitness classes need to be booked online. NO WALK-INS WILL BE ACCEPTED

Our workout classes are every:

  • Monday at 7pm until 8pm

  • Wednesday at 7pm until 8pm

  • Saturday 9:45am until 10:45am

Trampoline Socks need to be worn by everybody using the facilities.

Trampoline Socks can be purchased from Jump Heaven for £2 each. Trampoline Socks can be worn from another Venue can be worn, if you already have those. 

Fitness Card

We also offer a Fitness card for £50 which gives you access to 10 fitness classes at Jump Heaven. Purchasing one of these cards will give yo a saving of £20!!
