All instructions or requests from Jump Heaven staff must adhere to immediately.
All jumping customers must have read and completed a Jump Heaven Waiver form unless under the age of 16 and then a parent/guardian must have signed it.
Jump Heaven customers will be issued a sessions wristband and this must be worn clearly and displayed at all times.
All jumpers must be 2 years or older. 2-5 years must stay within the dedicated toddler zone and have a supervised adult with them at all times, with the exception of during the dedicated jump heaven toddler sessions where the park is for the exclusive use of under 5’s.
Jump Heaven Park requires that all jumpers under the age of 12 years old must be supervised in the park.
Please do not attempt to use the trampolines while under the influence of alcohol and drugs, this is very dangerous and will not be tolerated.
No food and drink permitted on the trampoline decking
No mobile phones, jewellery, other sharp items of clothing or accessories should be worn while using the trampolines.
Please also ensure that your pockets are clear of loose items, we have lockers available to store items.
Please be considerate of other customers, especially younger users.
It’s very important to be aware of those around you and appreciate that others may not be as experienced or confident.
Younger jumpers are advised to use our dedicated kids zones to avoid collisions with other jumpers of different sizes.
Jump Heaven grip socks must be worn in the park.
All of our trampolines are designed to be used by one person at a time. It is important to comply as two people jumping together can cause unpredictable bounces increasing hazards.
Always try to land on two feet and be aware of your own ability and competence, somersaults are limited to one at a time but we do encourage you to want to improve your skills.
Please ensure that whilst jumping between trampoline beds is part of the fun, no somersaults are attempted over the pads between trampolines.
We ask our customers to avoid running within the park and other boisterous activity which can lead to danger.
Please do not lay or sit on the trampoline beds, there are areas for rest and the café when you are worn out.
The padding around the trampolines and other absorbing materials are to heighten safety.
Please do not interfere with or re-position. The same applies to safety nettings.
All customers use the park at their own risk and although we do all we can to offer a safe environment any jumper with a previous or ongoing medical condition or injury should seek advice before using the park.
